Industries

Sector context, not sector promises.

Search behaviour, available data and reporting constraints differ meaningfully by sector. Below is how each one changes the inputs, the outputs and the caveats — without performance claims we cannot evidence.

Sector detail

What changes from one industry to the next.

Each entry lists the demand pattern we normally see in the UAE market, the data sources reporting depends on, the outputs produced, and the constraint most likely to affect interpretation.

E-commerce & retail

Category, product-detail and feed work assessed against product economics rather than sessions.

Demand pattern

Demand concentrates on branded and model-number queries, with long-tail category terms carrying most of the margin. Arabic and transliterated spellings frequently split the same intent across separate URLs.

Typical data sources
  • GA4 e-commerce events
  • Google Search Console
  • Merchant Center feed diagnostics
  • Ads conversion export
Reported outputs
  • Revenue by landing page and channel
  • Feed disapproval and out-of-stock counts
  • Category coverage vs. demand
  • Refund-adjusted order value where the platform exposes it
Known limitation

Order data reconciles to the store platform, not to the ad platforms. Where the two disagree we report both figures and the gap.

Professional & B2B services

Positioning, service-page depth and enquiry-quality measurement rather than raw lead volume.

Demand pattern

Low monthly volume, high commercial intent. A single 40-search-per-month query can matter more than a 4,000-search informational term, so reporting is framed around enquiry quality.

Typical data sources
  • Form submissions
  • Call tracking where the client operates it
  • CRM stage export (CSV)
  • Search Console query data
Reported outputs
  • Enquiries by service line and source
  • Qualified vs. unqualified split as marked by your team
  • Page-level assisted enquiry view
  • Query coverage for priority services
Known limitation

Lead quality is scored by your sales team, not by us. Where CRM data is not shared, we report form volume only and say so.

Property & real estate

Development, brokerage and listing visibility across organic search and paid channels.

Demand pattern

Search is dominated by portals. Developer and brokerage sites usually compete on project names, community pages and off-plan terms rather than head terms like 'apartments Dubai'.

Typical data sources
  • Portal referral data where exportable
  • GA4 enquiry events
  • Ads and Meta lead-form exports
  • Search Console by community page
Reported outputs
  • Enquiries by project and community
  • Cost per enquiry by channel
  • Listing and community page indexation
  • Duplicate-content flags across listing templates
Known limitation

Portal-originated leads sit outside your website analytics. We report them only if your team exports them.

Hospitality, travel & tourism

Direct-booking visibility alongside the reality of OTA parity and seasonal demand.

Demand pattern

Highly seasonal, event-driven and heavily intermediated. Brand-plus-OTA queries often outnumber generic destination searches.

Typical data sources
  • Booking-engine confirmation events
  • GA4 with cross-domain configuration
  • Ads and Meta exports
  • Search Console
Reported outputs
  • Direct bookings vs. assisted sessions
  • Seasonality view against prior period and prior year
  • Booking-engine drop-off points
  • Brand vs. non-brand query split
Known limitation

Cross-domain booking engines lose attribution when configuration is incomplete. Configuration status is stated on every report.

Healthcare & clinics

Delivered inside applicable UAE advertising rules (DHA, MOH, DoH) and platform health policies.

Demand pattern

Symptom and treatment queries with strong local intent. Advertising copy, before-and-after imagery and claim language are constrained by regulator approval.

Typical data sources
  • Google Business Profile insights
  • Appointment-form events
  • Call tracking where operated by the clinic
  • Search Console
Reported outputs
  • Appointment enquiries by clinic location
  • Local visibility by service and area
  • Ad disapproval log with reason codes
  • Review-response coverage
Known limitation

We do not draft or approve regulated medical claims. Copy requiring regulator approval is your responsibility before publication.

Education & training

Programme discovery, intake campaigns and enrolment reporting aligned to term dates.

Demand pattern

Cyclical around intake windows. Programme pages compete with aggregator directories, and parents or sponsors often search differently from the eventual student.

Typical data sources
  • Application-form events
  • CRM or admissions export
  • Ads and Meta exports
  • Search Console by programme page
Reported outputs
  • Applications by programme and intake
  • Cost per application by channel
  • Programme page coverage vs. demand
  • Intake-window pacing against plan
Known limitation

Enrolment outcomes depend on admissions processes we do not observe. Reporting stops at application stage unless data is shared.

Technology & SaaS

Category education, comparison content and demand-generation measurement for longer cycles.

Demand pattern

Buyers research over weeks across comparison, alternatives and pricing queries. Self-reported attribution often disagrees with last-click by a wide margin.

Typical data sources
  • Product analytics export
  • GA4
  • LinkedIn and Ads exports
  • CRM opportunity stages
Reported outputs
  • Trial or demo requests by content cluster
  • Comparison-page performance
  • Pipeline-stage view where CRM data is shared
  • Self-reported vs. last-click source comparison
Known limitation

Multi-touch attribution models are estimates. We report the model used and its assumptions rather than presenting one number as fact.

Multi-location & local services

Google Business Profile hygiene, service-area pages and branch-level reporting.

Demand pattern

Queries carry neighbourhood or landmark modifiers. Map-pack visibility varies by the searcher's physical location, which no single ranking figure can represent.

Typical data sources
  • Google Business Profile per location
  • Call and direction-request events
  • Search Console by area page
  • Ads location reports
Reported outputs
  • Calls and direction requests per branch
  • Profile completeness and photo currency
  • Area-page coverage gaps
  • Review volume and response time
Known limitation

Map-pack position is not a fixed value. We report profile actions and branch enquiries instead of a single rank number.

Engagement

How a sector engagement actually runs.

Discovery
One 45-minute session per sector engagement to record commercial objectives, the sales process behind the enquiry, and who signs off on reporting.
Data requirement
A written list of the accounts, exports and events required before work starts. Missing sources are recorded as gaps rather than estimated.
Reporting cadence
Monthly by default, with a quarterly review that revisits the measurement plan rather than restating the same charts.
Sector limits
Where a regulator, platform policy or intermediary constrains what can be claimed or measured, that constraint is written into the scope.

If your sector is not listed, it usually means we have not yet done enough work in it to describe it honestly. Tell us what you sell and who signs off on the numbers, and we will say plainly whether the reporting we run is a fit.
