This policy explains how Clicked IN FZE LLC (trading as Metricora Digital) collects, uses, shares and retains information.

- Website, analytics and advertising data provided via customer-authorised integrations.
- Search performance data via Search Console and comparable sources.
- Connected-account tokens (encrypted at rest).

- Website analytics on our own site, subject to consent.
How we use information
- Deliver, support and improve services and the platform.

Sharing and subprocessors
We use vetted subprocessors for hosting, payments, analytics, email delivery and customer support. A current list can be requested from support@metricora.com.
Retention
Data is retained while needed for the service, legal requirements or dispute resolution. On cancellation, data is deleted or anonymised per the Subscription Terms unless earlier deletion is requested.
Security
Access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and least-privilege principles apply. Report suspected issues to support@metricora.com.
International processing
Subprocessors may process data outside the UAE where lawful safeguards apply.
Your rights

- Export available reports.
- Request account deletion.
- Contact us about correction, restriction or complaints.
What we do not do
- We do not sell customer marketing data.
- We do not use one customer's confidential campaign data for another customer.
