When you connect an integration (for example Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta advertising data, Microsoft Advertising, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress or an approved CRM), Metricora processes only the data required to deliver the selected features.

- Read scopes for performance metrics and configuration inspection.
- Write scopes only where you have explicitly authorised a feature that requires them.
Storage and retention
Access tokens are stored encrypted. Retention aligns with your subscription and the Subscription Terms. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
Subprocessors
Processing may involve hosting, database, monitoring and email subprocessors. A current list is available from support.
Not permitted
- Access to competitor accounts without authorisation.
- Reuse of one customer's confidential data for another customer.
- Selling or licensing customer data.
