Plan and billing
- The plan you select determines included usage, users and features.
- Billing is monthly or annual, as selected at checkout. Annual billing is not pre-selected.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the disclosed renewal date at the disclosed amount.
Usage and overage
- Usage (websites, keywords, competitors, users) is calculated per plan.
- Overages are charged at the disclosed rate or require a plan change.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Failed payments
Failed payments are retried per standard processor logic. Prolonged failure may result in suspension.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal at any time from the client portal. Access typically continues until the end of the paid period.
Data retention and export
After cancellation, data is retained for a limited period to allow export, then deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion.
