Resources

Working documents, not lead magnets.

These are the checklists and templates we actually run engagements with. Each one is published with its outline and an honest status — in use, in editorial review, or outline only. Nothing here is gated behind a form.

Library

What each document contains.

Where a document is marked in editorial review or outline only, the contents listed are the agreed structure — not a finished publication.

Reporting data-quality checklist

The pre-publication checks a report must pass before it leaves review. Run against every monthly pack.

Contents
  • Date range matches the stated reporting period in every source
  • Currency, timezone and attribution window recorded per source
  • Conversion definitions listed with their trigger condition
  • Known gaps written as gaps, never interpolated
  • Period-on-period comparisons flagged where the prior period is incomplete
  • Every figure traceable to a named export or account

Source-access request template

The exact permissions we ask for, why each one is needed, and how to withdraw them. Sent before any engagement begins.

Contents
  • Analytics: read-only property access, no admin rights
  • Search Console: restricted user on the verified property
  • Ads platforms: read-only or standard access, per scope
  • CRM or booking data: scheduled CSV export rather than direct access
  • Named requester, purpose, retention period and revocation steps

Measurement plan outline

A one-page structure that ties a commercial objective to a countable event and an owner, before any dashboard is built.

Contents
  • Commercial objective in the client's own words
  • The decision the report is meant to support
  • Primary countable event and its exact trigger
  • Supporting indicators and their known noise
  • Who reviews, who signs off, and at what cadence

Executive reporting structure

How the Executive Reporting Pack is ordered so leadership reads the decision first, the evidence second.

Contents
  • One-page summary: what changed, what it means, what we recommend
  • Confidence note on each recommendation
  • Channel detail with source and period stated inline
  • Unresolved discrepancies section — always present, even when empty
  • Appendix of definitions used in the pack

Consent, analytics and UAE considerations

A working note on consent signals, cross-border data handling and what those constrain in reporting. Reviewed before publication because it touches legal interpretation.

Contents
  • Consent-mode behaviour and its effect on modelled data
  • Distinguishing observed from modelled conversions in reports
  • Cross-border transfer considerations for exported data
  • What we do not advise on, and when to involve legal counsel

Need one of these applied to your accounts?

Documents marked In use are applied inside paid engagements and reviewed by a person before anything is relied upon. If you would like a copy of a specific checklist for internal use, ask and we will send the current version with its revision date — we would rather it be used properly than downloaded and forgotten.
