Fee vs. spend
The Metricora management fee is separate from advertising spend paid to the platform. Metricora does not resell platform spend unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Account ownership
Customers own their advertising accounts. Metricora requests access; Metricora does not retain ownership after termination.
Platform decisions
Platforms may reject ads, restrict accounts, disapprove landing pages, change policies or limit targeting at any time. Metricora is not responsible for platform decisions.
Tracking
Conversion tracking depends on customer implementation and consent. Attribution is a modelled estimate, not a precise ledger.
Budgets and pacing
Budgets are managed to the agreed monthly cap. Material changes require written approval.
Results
No specific volume, cost or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
