Paid Media

Accountable ad spend with tracking that decision-makers trust.

Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, TikTok and YouTube — with clear separation between management fee and platform spend.

Scope

What paid media management includes.

Search advertising

Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns with structured keyword and negative-keyword management.

Display campaigns

Prospecting, awareness and category placements with clear frequency and viewability targets.

Remarketing

Where permitted by platform policy and consent, remarketing lists with sensible caps.

Lead-generation advertising

Meta and LinkedIn lead-forms with CRM handoff and lead-quality feedback loops.

E-commerce campaigns

Performance Max, Shopping and catalogue campaigns with product-feed review.

Paid social

Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn campaigns with defined objectives and creative testing.

Video advertising

YouTube campaigns with view-through and downstream conversion signals.

Campaign tracking

Conversion tracking, offline conversions and consent-mode configuration.

Landing-page alignment

Message match, form friction, mobile and speed guidance for paid traffic.

Budget planning

Pacing, forecasting scenarios and stop-loss thresholds by campaign.

Creative testing

Structured A/B tests with statistical caveats reported openly.

Conversion optimisation

Post-click work coordinated with the CRO and analytics teams.

Cost structure

Three separate costs. Never mixed up.

Cost

Metricora management fee

Paid to Metricora Digital. Covers strategy, setup, optimisation and reporting time within the agreed scope.

Cost

Advertising spend

Paid directly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, TikTok or the relevant platform. Not held or invoiced by Metricora unless explicitly agreed.

Cost

Third-party costs

May include creative production, tracking tools, landing-page platforms or external services. Quoted separately.

Platform realities

What platforms can do at any time.

Metricora does not control third-party platforms.

  • Platforms may reject advertisements.
  • Platforms may restrict or suspend accounts.
  • Platforms may change targeting or bidding policies.
  • Platforms may disapprove landing pages.
  • Metricora cannot guarantee platform approval.
Working rhythm

How a paid engagement is actually run.

Sequenced so that measurement is trustworthy before budget scales. Nothing below is automated — each step has a named owner.

  1. 01

Week 1 — account and tracking review

Structure, conversion definitions and duplicate-count checks before any budget decision. Where tracking is unreliable we say so and fix it first rather than optimising toward a number nobody trusts.

  2. 02

Weeks 2–4 — build and controlled launch

Campaign build against the agreed objective, with negative lists, placement exclusions, budget caps and stop-loss thresholds written into the scope before spend begins.

  3. 03

    Ongoing — weekly optimisation

Search-term and placement review, bid and budget pacing, creative rotation and landing-page feedback. Changes are logged with the date, the reason and who approved them.

  4. 04

    Monthly — human-reviewed reporting

Spend, cost per outcome and channel comparison, with a written read on what changed and what we recommend next. Reviewed by a person before it reaches you.

Reporting

What appears in a paid media report.

Each line carries its source and the caveat that governs how it should be read.

LineSourceHow to read it
Media spendPlatform billing exportPlatform-reported and may restate after invalid-traffic credits.
ConversionsPlatform + GA4Platforms attribute differently; both figures and the gap are shown.
Cost per outcomeDerivedOnly as reliable as the conversion definition behind it.
Qualified leadsYour CRM exportQuality is judged by your sales team, not by us.
Impression shareGoogle AdsCompetitive context, not a performance outcome.
Creative test resultsPlatform experimentsReported with sample size; low-volume tests are labelled inconclusive.
Spend controls

Guardrails written into every scope.

Written monthly budget cap per platform, agreed before launch.
Stop-loss threshold per campaign — spend pauses for review, not silently.
Change log kept for every structural edit, with reason and approver.
You retain ownership of the ad accounts, pixels and audiences at all times.
No spend is invoiced through Metricora unless explicitly agreed in writing.
